There's always something
that pulls you.

Maybe you can already name it. Maybe you can't yet: a goal you keep circling, a longing you've never acted on, a life you can picture but haven't reached.

Either way, 1 dream gives it a place through imagination and reflection: feeling, playing and listening to what's alive in you. Slowly, it becomes more tangible.

1

add your dreams

A dream can be anything that feels alive: work, family, a hobby, something just for you.

2

imagine

Each day, one of your dreams appears. Close your eyes, follow the inspiration, and stay with it.

3

express

Tap a few words describing what came up, whatever felt alive, whatever lingered.

4

discover

Over time, the dreams that truly move you rise to the surface. 1 dream helps you see the pattern.

daily sessions

a few minutes of guided imagination

A gentle timer and a single inspiration, adapted to how you imagine: visual, kinesthetic, acoustic, narrative, or something else entirely.

When the session ends, capture what lingers. Feelings, insights and ideas: whatever comes up.

your dreams

what you return to,
grows.

After each session, capture what stayed with you: a few honest words, a feeling, an insight, the start of an idea. These quiet moments are the most personal part of the practice.

The dreams you keep returning to grow stronger over time. The ones that don't, gently fall back. Either way, you can see it happening in your own words.

daily reflection

think it through,
not only picture it.

Imagination shows you where a dream could go. Reflection asks what you actually think of it: quick notes on where you stand today, or four steady questions about the dream itself.

dream field

two of your words,
a new dream

From a few quiet questions, a field of your own words takes shape. Nothing borrowed, nothing suggested.

Bring two of them together and notice what arises: an image, a feeling, a direction you hadn't considered. That's often where a dream begins.

why I made this

I built 1 dream for myself first. I felt that I could be more in touch with the things that actually mattered to me, and I wanted a place to return to them.

Using the app already did something tangible in my life: naming my dreams, picturing them and reflecting on them made me more open about them with others, and more willing to act.

a science-backed approach

You only really know a dream
by imagining it and thinking it through.

So 1 dream offers both: guided imagination to explore a dream, and guided reflection to question it. Not a promise you'll get there, but a way to find out whether it's truly yours.
